This course prepares men and women for vocations in Christian ministry in various denominational and other settings. It includes systematic study, wide reading and practical ministry education.
The course provides a sound theological foundation, teaches students to explore issues and to think critically, and helps them to develop biblical attitudes to ministry.
All students learn to use sound principles for biblical interpretation and to apply biblical principles to specific areas of ministry (e.g. pastoral care, preaching, teaching and leadership) and gain practical experience through a major field education placement.
Duration
The course can be completed in three years, or the part-time equivalent. Total credit points required: 150
